Under our Construction Management Services, Manage Noble successfully led the renovation, demolition, and new build scope for a Howard Johnson (HoJo) hotel property. The project included the renovation of 126 guest rooms along with the strategic demolition and redesign of an 8-acre site, allowing the ownership group to optimize land use while preserving 4 acres for future development. We coordinated closely with Wyndham to obtain approvals for design modifications that improved the overall product while reducing project costs. Our team also managed international vendor relationships, including sourcing FF&E equipment from manufacturers in China, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. In addition, we oversaw the construction of a new lobby designed to better serve both current operational needs and future growth plans. Through structured coordination of consultants, vendors, budgeting, and scheduling, Manage Noble delivered a more efficient layout and enhanced long-term value for the property.
